Privacy Policy

Contractor's Call is a members-only network where licensed contractors share firsthand accounts of clients and jobsites. Questions about this policy go to admin@contractorscall.com.

When you apply for membership we collect your name, email address, trade, state, and contractor license number. We use the license number and state only to confirm you are a working contractor before granting access. Your license number is never shown publicly.

While using the site we store what you post: reports, the jobsite address a report is tied to, comments, reactions, follows, and direct messages.

Membership dues are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. We keep only the payment reference PayPal returns so we can match your payment to your account.

Jobsite lookup uses Google Maps to turn what you type into one consistent address, so every report about the same property lands on the same page. Only the address you search for is sent to Google.

Reports must never name a client. Do not post a client's first and last name. Refer to people by role instead: the homeowner, the husband, the wife, the tenant, the property manager, the general contractor.

Always include the year the work happened. Reports are attached to a property, not to a person, and ownership changes. If a report is dated 2024 and the current owner bought in 2025, the account is about the previous owner. Read the date before you draw a conclusion.

Posts that identify a client by name, or that go beyond what happened on the job, are removed and can cost you your membership.

Reports, jobsite pages, member profiles, and messages are visible only to verified paying members. Visitors who are not members see sample content only. Direct messages are visible to you and the member you are messaging.

We email you about your application status, your account, and important service notices. You can reply to any of these to reach a person.

You can edit your profile at any time, block another member, or ask us to delete your account and your posts by emailing admin@contractorscall.com. We keep records we are required to keep for tax and dispute purposes.

If we change this policy we update the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, email members.
