Terms of Use

Contractor's Call is a members-only network where verified contractors share firsthand accounts of working at specific properties. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up.

Access requires a paid membership processed by PayPal. Founding, monthly, annual, and lifetime memberships each grant access as described at purchase. Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until you cancel the subscription in your PayPal account.

All sales are final — no refunds. Membership dues are non-refundable, in whole or in part, for any reason, including partial months, unused time, suspension, or removal for violating these terms. You can cancel a recurring plan at any time in PayPal and you will not be charged again; your access continues to the end of the paid period.

Never post a client's name — no first and last names, ever. Refer to people by role: the homeowner, the husband, the wife, the tenant, the property manager. Always include the month and year the work happened. Reports attach to a property, not a person, and ownership changes — the date tells the next contractor which owner the account is about.

Do not post phone numbers, email addresses, photos of people, or anything else that identifies a client beyond the property address and project date.

You write your own reports. You are solely responsible for their accuracy and content. Post only what you personally experienced on a job, and keep it factual: scope of work, what happened, when, and whether you'd work there again. Do not exaggerate, speculate about motives, or post hearsay from other people.

Contractor's Call does not verify individual reports and is not the author of them. Member reports reflect the views of the member who wrote them, not of the site.

We can remove any post and suspend or revoke any membership at our discretion — with no refund — for breaking these terms, including naming a client, posting false or retaliatory content, harassing other members, or sharing member content with non-members.

If someone believes a report about a property is inaccurate or violates these terms, they can contact admin@contractorscall.com and we will review it.

Don't scrape the site, share your login, resell access, or copy member content anywhere else. What's posted by members stays inside the membership.

The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for business decisions you make based on member reports. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the membership dues you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

If we change these terms we update the date above and, for meaningful changes, email members. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
